Executive Assistant

Part time - 0.6 EFT (3 days per week)

Occupational Therapist

Corryong Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with a diverse range of clients including aged care, outpatients, NDIS participants and community members.

The hours are negotiable and the position could be either part time or full time.

Enrolled Nurse - Level 2

A permanent part time position is available at Corryong Health for Enrolled Nurse Level 2 permanent part time up to 72 hours per fortnight.

Graduate Nurse

In 2021, there will be four .8EFT graduate positions available with Corryong Health. 2 positions will be offered for commencement in late February and 2 in July 2021.

Whilst at Corryong Health each graduate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas and shifts which includes:

  • Day Procedure Unit and Operating Theatre

  • Acute Ward

  • District Nursing

  • Urgent Care Centre

  • Aged Care

  • Practice Nursing

  • Haemodialysis (supernumerary shift)

Graduates will undertake the supernumerary shifts with trained preceptors as an introduction to each area. Following an initial period of orientation, the Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) has their own patient load and is supported by the Clinical Educator, Nurse Unit Manager and other RN's. Graduates will be allocated a Mentor to provide support.

In addition to your orientation program, there will be five study days scheduled throughout the year. These are compulsory, and they will be hosted by Albury Wodonga Health. This allows you to broaden your education area, and network with other graduates within the region. Corryong Health will also aim to support you with assistance in finding accommodation for your graduate year, with the program commencing late February 2021.

Corryong Health also encourages Graduates to attend any in services/ education which may be suitable to their practice. Daily mini education sessions are also provided on weekdays, on a variety of topics relevant to nursing.
