About the Role
Corryong Health is seeking an Executive Assistant for 12-month, fixed-term full-time coverage of maternity leave. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the position requires performing liaison, coordination and organisational tasks in support of the Executive and Board.
The position requires well-developed interpersonal, communications and organisational skills. Relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role and/or administrative qualification is preferred.
The position will become available in July 2023.

Requirements
Liaising with other staff matters relating to the organisation’s operations
Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence, external communications and other routine documents
Maintaining confidential files and documents
Attending meetings and acting as secretary as required
Maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements
Communications Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external communications
Manage targeted social media including recruitment campaigns
Processing income and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records
Screening telephone calls and answering inquiries
Taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents
Answering inquiries and providing information on the goods, services and activities of the organisation including through updating website and social media platforms
Manage the organisational chart for the agency and keep it updated and relevant and collaborate with HR to capture changes in staff establishment.
Education responsibilities:
Administering the Learning Management System (Rehsen) and assist in providing access; monitoring progress and assigning courses/ modules to non-clinical staff
May supervise other secretarial and clerical staff
Support administration activities relating to contracts; risk; and incident handling systems under delegation by CEO
Receiving and resolving complaints from clients and the public
About the Agency
Corryong Health (CH) is a public sector agency and one of six multi-purpose services in Victoria. CH is funded by Commonwealth and Victorian State Government funding, and provides a broad range of hospital, residential aged care, medical and primary health and community support services. We provide services to the Corryong community and operate a Medical Clinic, Health and Fitness Centre and Retirement Village.
